Cancellation Policy

TRAINING BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS These Terms form a legally binding agreement between Bodyworx Academy (“the Academy”) and the individual booking (“the Student”). By paying a deposit or full fee, you agree to these Terms. 1. Booking & Payment A course place is secured only upon receipt of full payment or a non-refundable deposit. Where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the course date. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation of your place and forfeiture of the deposit. Full payment must be received before attendance. Remaining balances must be paid by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise in writing. 2. Deposits All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your place and cover administrative and preparation costs. 3. Cancellations & Refunds No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the course date. If cancellation is made more than 14 days before the course date, any refund of monies paid will be at the sole discretion of Bodyworx Academy and will exclude the non-refundable deposit. Training kits, machines, and any physical or digital materials are non-refundable once purchased, allocated, accessed or provided. No refunds will be given for non-attendance, change of mind, personal circumstances, travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings. 4. Transfers Transfer requests must be made in writing and are granted at the Academy’s discretion. An administration fee may apply. 5. Course Materials & Intellectual Property Access to theory materials is granted only once full payment has been received. All training materials remain the intellectual property of Bodyworx Academy and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or replicated. Unauthorised use may result in removal from the course without refund and possible legal action. 6. Academy Rights The Academy reserves the right to refuse admission, remove disruptive students without refund, and reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. An alternative date will be offered where applicable. The Academy is not liable for consequential losses. By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
